Betfred Club: Rewards Every Month

Who can take part?

• This promotion is open to new and existing verified Betfred Poker customers.

When does this promotion run?

• This promotion will be available until further notice. Betfred will provide at least two weeks’ notice of termination.
• Each monthly period runs from 00:00 (GMT) on the 1st day of the month until 23:59 (GMT) on the last day of the same month.
• Club Points and Step progress reset at 00:00 (GMT) on the 1st of each month.
• Rewards cannot be earned or claimed outside of the monthly qualifying period.

How do Club Points work?

• You’ll earn 30 Club Points for every €1 paid in rake or tournament fees on real-money games. Play Money tables do not count.
• Points are credited automatically in the poker software.
• Club Points are used to complete Steps and unlock rewards.
• Points and Step progress do not carry over to the next month.

What’s on offer?

• Rewards are unlocked by completing Steps, based on the Club Points you earn each month.
• Each Step within a level awards a fixed reward.
• Rewards are only issued when a Step is completed in full. Partial progress does not qualify.
• Rewards include Prize Wheel Spins and Cash, depending on the level you’ve reached.
• Cash rewards are credited to your Cash Balance. Prize Wheel Spins are issued automatically and must be used within 7 days.
• Once you reach Elite level, you will continue to receive €10 cash for every 750 points earned.
• Players who reach Master (8,400 points) or Elite (14,000 points) will keep their level for 3 months. To maintain the level, a minimum of 8,400 points (Master) or 14,000 points (Elite) must be earned across any rolling 3-month period. If the required total is not met, the level will be downgraded

Reward Structure

How do the prize wheels work?

• Prize Wheel Spins are awarded for completing Steps during the monthly period.
• There are three Wheel types: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Each Wheel contains a fixed set of prizes and defined odds of winning each one.
• Spins are issued automatically in the poker software and must be used within 7 days, after which they will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Prizes are awarded at random and credited automatically to your account.

How do tickets work?

• Some Prize Wheel rewards are single-use tickets for specific event types, such as Tournaments, Freerolls, or Twisters.
  • Tournament and Twister Tickets can be used to enter eligible events within the poker software.
  • Freeroll Tickets grant entry to scheduled freeroll tournaments, such as Fred’s Grand Freeroll.
  • Tickets are issued automatically and must be used before they expire (typically within 7 days unless otherwise stated in the software).
  • Expired tickets cannot be reinstated.

How do the freerolls work?

• Each month, players can earn one ticket per freeroll on their first login, based on their current Betfred Club level.
• Some freeroll tickets can also be won via the Prize Wheels.

• Tickets are single-use, non-transferable, and have varying expiry dates. You can view expiry dates in the Poker software under Menu > Tickets.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

• Only real-money play qualifies. Play Money games are excluded.
• Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to disqualification and loss of rewards.
• All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash equivalents (unless stated).
• Spins and Tickets must be used before they expire. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
• Poker Bonus rewards release at the rate of €5 for every 750 Betfred Club Points accumulated.
• Cash is credited once a qualifying Step is completed in full.
• Monthly progress does not carry over. Club Points and Step count reset at 01:00 (UK time) on the 1st of each month.
• Betfred Poker may withhold rewards or suspend accounts where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behaviour is identified.

Can we change or remove this Offer?

• We may remove and change this offer without notice. These changes will not affect any offer that you may have already Opted In to, or placed any qualifying bets towards, other than where this is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
• Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
