Who is eligible for this Offer?

• New customers residing in the UK who are at least 18 years old and who register for an account with us. Customers must be successfully verified by us before any Free Bets or Free Scratchcards are awarded. Please see our Verification Policy for more details.

How do you get the Free Bets and Free Scratchcards?

• Register using the promo code 5DRAW. You can add the code after registering, but once added, you will no longer be eligible for any other Welcome Offer.
• Deposit at least £5 using a Debit Card registered to you within 7 days of registering for an account with us. No other payment method will qualify.
• Place a bet of £1 on any Betfred Lotto or Numbers draw within 7 days of registering for your account. Cumulative bets do count (i.e. 2 x £0.50 stakes).
• Your very first bet must be placed on Lotto or Numbers draw markets only.
• If your bet is voided or cancelled by us: it will not count and the next valid bet you place will be considered instead.
• If your account is set to euros you will need to deposit €5 and bet €1 to qualify.

What bets or markets will not qualify?

• Bets placed using Free Bets will not qualify for this offer.
• Bets on Sportsbook, Totepool and Virtual markets will not qualify.

When will you be credited with your Free Bets and Free Scratchcards?

• You will receive £5 in Free Bets and 20 Free Scratchcards within 24 hours of your qualifying bet being placed.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

• Betfred Lotto is fixed odds betting on an outcome of an official lottery draw or numbers game.
• The Free Bet amount cannot be withdrawn as cash and will not form part of any winnings paid to you.
• Any unused Free Bets will expire 7-days after issue.
• The 20 Free Scratchcards can only be used on either Ted Scratchcard or Fishin’ Frenzy Scratchcard at Betfred Lotto.
• To claim the 20 Free Scratchcards you must open either Ted Scratchcard or Fishin’ Frenzy Scratchcard at Betfred Lotto.
• The 20 Free Scratchcards have a value of £0.10 each.
• Free Scratchcards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once activated the Free Scratchcards will need to be played through manually.
• Any winnings from the Free Scratchcards will be paid into the customer's cash balance.
• Once credited the Free Scratchcards are valid for 7 days. Any Free Scratchcards not used after 7 days will expire.
• If you enter the promo code after qualifying for another Welcome Offer, you will not qualify for this offer.
• Free Bets can be used on any Lotto market only.

Can we change or remove this Offer?

• Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
• We may remove and change this Welcome Offer without notice. These changes will not affect any Welcome Offer that you may have already registered for, or placed any qualifying bets towards, other than where this is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
