Who is eligible for this Offer?
- New and existing verified online customers can take part.
How do you qualify?
- The promotional period runs from 00:00 UK Time on Monday until 23:59 UK Time on Thursday each week.
- Opt In to take part. You only need to Opt In once.
- Place five or more bets, on five or more Scheduled Virtual Sports events, totalling at least £20. Qualifying bets must be placed at odds of Evens or greater and must settle within the promotional period.
What will not qualify?
- Bets placed on On Demand or Rush GO sports will not qualify.
- Bets placed at Portman Park, Steepledowns and Sprint Valley will not count towards this promotion.
- Bets that are voided do not count towards this offer.
- Bets placed using existing Free Bet funds do not count.
What will you receive?
- You will get £5 in Free Bets, which can only be used on Scheduled Virtual Sports events.
When will you be credited?
- Your £5 in Free Bets will be credited by 17:00 UK Time on the Friday following the promotional period.
What are the conditions of my Free Bet?
- Free Bets are exclusively applicable for use on any Scheduled Virtual Sport markets and will not be available for use on any other sport or product.
- Free Bets cannot be used on Forecast or Tricast bets.
- Free Bet balances can be split into as many bets as the customer desires (minimum 10p) provided.
- Free Bets cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Are there any other limitations you should know about?
- Free Bets can only be used on Scheduled Virtual Sports events.
- Any unused Free Bets will be removed after 7 days.
- Free Bet stakes are not included in any returns, are non-withdrawable, and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Betfred reserve the right to exclude certain customers from this offer at our discretion due to internal risk policies and/or account staking restrictions. Customers will be notified separately if we have placed restrictions on their account.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Betfred Management Team will be final and based on our Terms and Conditions.
Can we change or remove this Offer?
- Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
- Betfred will give a minimum of two weeks’ notice before the promotion is withdrawn.
