Who is eligible for this Offer?

• New and existing verified online Betfred customers can take part.

How do you qualify?

• The promotional period runs from 00:00 UK Time on Wednesday 7th May until 23:59 UK Time on Sunday 18th May 2025.
• Opt in during the promotional period to receive one entry into the draw. No staking is required.

What will not qualify?

• Failing to Opt in during the promotional period.

What can you win?

• One winning customer will receive:
• 2 tickets to the Queen Elizabeth stand at Epsom on 7th June 2025
• A bottle of Champagne
• A Parade Ring visit (not including the Derby Race)
• A meet and greet with Clare Balding CBE.

When will you be credited with your prize?

• The draw will take place and the winner will be contacted by telephone, using the number(s) on your Betfred account, on 20th May 2025. By opting in to this promotion, you agree for Betfred to contact you for this sole purpose.
• We will attempt to contact winners for 2 days. If we are unable to make contact within 2 days, the prize will be forfeited and reallocated to the next entry drawn.
• Tickets will be provided in the form of paper tickets or E-tickets (depending on the event). Tickets will be sent to the address provided by the winning customer by recorded delivery or email address provided.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

• You can only enter this prize draw once.
• The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered via opting in onsite, or via the leaflets in the local Betfred Shops.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter this competition. Betfred will not request any payment for tickets.
• Parade ring visit does not include Derby Race.
• Betfred will not be liable for issues with delivery including, but not limited to, missed delivery/lost in transit.
• If time doesn’t allow for ticket delivery, then tickets are to be collected from the venue on the day.
• Any travel and accommodation arrangements are not included in the prize.
• By Opting In to this promotion you consent to us using your First Name and Town or County for Marketing purposes.
• Betfred will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• Betfred will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Betfred takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Betfred reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Betfred Management Team will be final and based on our Terms and Conditions.
• Betfred reserves the right to exclude certain customers from this offer at our discretion due to internal risk policies and/or account staking restrictions and /or regulatory requirements. Customers will be notified separately if we have placed restrictions on their account.

Can we change or remove this Offer?

• We may remove and change this offer without notice. These changes will not affect any offer that you may have already Opted In to, or placed any qualifying bets towards, other than where this is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
• Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
