All Betfred Customers are eligible to earn Casino Comp Points.
Customers will receive 1 Comp Point for every £10 or currency equivalent wagered on Betfred Casino games unless stated otherwise.
Only wagers made with real funds will contribute towards the wagering requirements. Wagers made with bonus money or Free Spins will not contribute towards the wagering requirements.
Comp Points can be converted into Golden Chips, Free Spins and cash.
1. 200 Comp Points are required to convert into 1 Golden Chip with a cash value equivalent to £1.00 or currency equivalent. For use on eligible games (see Term 6)
2. 500 Comp Points are required to convert into 50 Free Spins with a cash value equivalent to £0.10 per spin or currency equivalent. For use on eligible games (see Term 15)
3. 1,000 Comp Points are required to convert into £10.00 cash or currency equivalent
Partial redemption of Comp Points where the Comp Point balance permits is not possible for any individual award for example, if you had a balance of 1,000 Comp Points, it would not be possible to convert 500 Comp Points to receive 50 Free Spins. Your entire balance of 1,000 Comp Points would be converted, and you would receive 100 Free Spins.
Golden Chips exchanged for Comp Points can be played on Casino Table games and Live Casino games only.
Golden Chips can be played on tables with a minimum bet amount which is the same as or lower than the value of the Golden Chip.
Golden Chips have no cash value and will never appear in a customer’s real money balance.
Golden Chips have an in-game value of £1.00.

In Roulette games it is possible to mix your Golden Chips with a real money bet.
Multiple Golden Chips can be used per round, up to a maximum of 10 per round.
When staking with a Golden Chip only the winning’s will be returned to a customer’s real money balance. The value of the Golden Chip will be retained by the Casino.
Winnings from Golden Chips will be paid in real funds and go into a customer’s real money balance once all Golden Chips have been used.
Free Spins exchanged for Comp Points can be played on the following slots only:

Free Spins have no cash value and will never appear in a customer’s real money balance.
Free Spins have an in-game value of £0.10.
