Interrupted Tournaments

If for any reason we have tournaments which are not able to play to a natural conclusion, affected players will be compensated using the formulas detailed below to ensure the fairest distribution of funds possible.

In all cases eliminated players do not receive a refund.

For all the tournaments cancelled due to technical issues or prior to their start, all the players still registered will receive a refund of buy-in + fee.

Heads-Up SNG Tournaments

Both players receive a refund of buy-in + fee.

Standard SNG Tournaments

Remaining players receive compensation made up as follows:

  1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.
  2. Each player receives an equal share of the buy-ins from the eliminated players.

SNG Twister Tournaments

In cases where the prize pool is less than €1000:

  1. Remaining players receive a refund of their buy in.
  2. Any remaining prize pool is then distributed in proportion to chip counts.

If the prize pool is €1000 or greater:

  1. All remaining players receive a refund of their buy in.
  2. All players receive 10% of the remaining prize pool.
  3. The remaining prize pool is then distributed in proportion to chip counts.

MTT Guaranteed Prize

The total prize pool to be distributed between the remaining players will always be the total money collected in the tournament (including all buy-in, reentries, rebuys, addons and the relative fees), despite the guaranteed prize of the tournament.

The settlement is dependent upon what stage the tournament is at when it is interrupted:
