Spreading Wilds

When a Bjorn Wild lands on a winning line with of character symbols it will attempt to turn them into wilds.

If the characters are successfully turned to wilds the infection will continue along that win line, when it fails all turned characters and Bjorn Wilds will stick in place while the reels respin.

Any new characters that land on winning lines with Bjorn Wilds after the respin will also attempt to turn.
