The high opening bracket symbol can only land on reels 1, 3 and 5. The high closing bracket is a mirror image of the high opening bracket, and can only land on reels 5, 7 and 9.

There are also other versions of the high opening bracket and high closing bracket symbols, which take the form of parrots and flamingos. These can also form collection areas when they land in matching pairs.
