Irish Open 2012
The Irish Poker Open is the longest running No Limit Texas Hold 'em poker tournament in Europe and second longest in the world after the World Series of Poker.
Betfred Poker will run a super satellite promotion to the Irish Open 2012.
The event will be held at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, April 6th - April 9th, 2012.
Structure A
Satellites will start on October 30th, 2011 with the first super satellite running on November 6th, 2011. (2 packages guaranteed on the first Super satellite). The last super satellite will run on March 25th, 2012.

The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
By playing or winning the Irish Open super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin Ireland, in order to play at the Irish Open event. Their includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

Betfred Poker will run a ticket only satellite promotion to the Irish Open 2012. Each ticket only super satellite winner will receive a seat to the Irish Open 2012 Main Event.
Satellites will start on November 24th 2011, with the first super satellite running on December 1st, 2011. The final super satellite will run on March 22nd 2012.

- Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland Main Event.
- Participants in Super Satellites must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently.
- Players are responsible to have a valid passport and all other documentation necessary to participate in mainland poker tournaments.
- Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.
- Any player found colluding during the course of a tournament will be disqualified and their account will be frozen.
- Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a tournament will have their account frozen.
- Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the tournaments are subject to Betfred Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
- By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their real names, aliases, images, moving images, spoken/written quotes and/or amounts won, can be used for online and offline promotional purposes.
- By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear Betfred Poker apparel in accordance with the instructions of Betfred Poker management.
- Betfred Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.
- All decisions made by the Betfred Poker management are final.
- Betfred Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report their/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Betfred Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
- Betfred Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
