Table information: displays the number of games and players currently active.
Players: provides the ability to search for a specific player. You can also search for players from your ‘Buddies’ list that you have previously stored.
Live Help: provides 24-hour live chat support.
Choose game: ring games and tournaments are organized into this simple menu system. Click on one of the items on the menu to reveal the subcategories of that item.
Table characteristics: provides the following information for every available table for the selected game category.
Name- each table is given a unique name or number.
Type- the game played in the tournament.
Stakes- for fixed limit games, this column displays the amount each bet must be. For example, limits of $1/$2 will require bets in the first two rounds of betting to be in increments of $1, increasing to $2 in the last two rounds of betting. In pot limit or no limit games, this column displays the cost of the blinds.
Players- lists the currently active number of players on that table.
Avg pot- displays the average value of the final pots over the past several hands.
Plrs/flop- displays the average number of players to have seen the flop, given as a percentage of the total number of players at the table over the past several hands.
Hnds/Hr- displays the average number of hands being played per hour at the table.
Wait- if the table you want to join is full, there may be players waiting for a vacancy. This column displays how many are in the queue.
Table list: displays the names of seated players for the table that has been selected. The player names currently in the waiting list are also shown under a separate tab.
Go to table: provides the option to access a highlighted room (as does double clicking on the room from the list).
Join waiting list: will put you in a queue for the selected table.
Cashier: is available to make deposits and withdrawals.
Betfred Poker Table
Table information includes:
Table name or number.
Type of game- can be Texas Hold'em or Omaha. The betting restrictions can be either fixed limit, pot limit or no limit.
Table limits- displays the fixed amounts of bets if the game is fixed limit. For example, a $1/$2 limit poker game will require players to bet in $1 increments for the first two rounds of betting, increasing to $2 increments for the last two rounds of betting. If the game is pot limit or no limit, the level of the blinds are displayed instead.
Current hand/last hand numbers- displays the unique identification number for each hand.
Player names: shows each unique username next to the player's seat along with the number of chips they have. The name will flash when it is the player's turn to act.
The Pot: is located in the centre of the table. Each player's bets are taken into the centre pot at the end of each betting round. The total value is presented below the chip tray.
Chip button: offers the option of purchasing more chips.
Board cards: the five community cards found in the centre of the table, shared by each player.
Dealer button: is used to represent which player is the virtual dealer. It moves around clockwise, one position at a time.
Player bets: are positioned in front of the players until the end of the betting round when they are all gathered into the centre of the table.
Empty seat: click to sit down.
Stats: display useful information about your playing decisions so far in the game.
History: is useful for checking the activity from previous hands.
Chat box: can be positioned on the side or in the bottom left corner. Dealer and player text are both displayed. Chat is also displayed in speech bubbles next to the player’s name.
Action buttons: present all possible options when it is your turn to act.
Game selections include:
Sit out if you wish to miss the next hand or several hands.
Fold to any bet automatically when a bet is placed.
Auto post your blinds each time you are required to make compulsory bets. Selecting this option saves time and other players will appreciate it.
