General Bonus Rules

1. Players who register the currency for their account as UK Sterling (GBP) but do not reside in the United Kingdom will not be eligible for any casino match-up bonuses.
2. All casino bonuses have an expiry date of 30 days, unless stated otherwise in specific terms and conditions. Players who do not meet wagering requirements within the required period will have their bonus funds and any pending winnings removed without prior notice.
3. Upon receiving bonus funds you acknowledge and take full responsibility to adhere to these rules. Failure to follow these rules could result in bonus funds and winnings being removed and also result in exclusion from future promotions.
4. It is each player’s responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of the terms & conditions associated with each individual promotion.
5. If you do not wish to receive any casino bonuses at all, you must contact our support team by live chat, phone or email support@betfredcasino.com to update your account in such a fashion that you shall no longer be offered casino bonuses automatically.
6. If you do not wish to receive a specific bonus that has just been credited and/or offered to you, please select “decline” in the initial bonus offer window. Should you accept the bonus by mistake (by clicking on “accept” in error) and then wish to cancel the action you must contact our support team by live chat, phone or email to support@betfredcasino.com before placing any bets with the bonus active in your account. If the customer has placed bets but wishes to opt-out then both the bonus amount and any associated winnings shall be voided.
7. Upon placing a bet after receiving a bonus you will be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the promotion in question and as such will be required to complete the required wagering before withdrawing.
8. Every bet that you place on non-restricted games will count towards wagering requirements regardless of if that bet wins or losses. Kindly note, depending on your VIP level certain games will have a lower % of bets placed count towards the total wagering requirements for specific promotions.
9. Bets placed via poker side games or bingo side games will not count towards wagering requirements for any casino bonuses awarded.
10. Bets placed with minimal or no risk on games like Baccarat, Craps or Roulette will not count towards wagering requirements and may be deemed as bonus abuse. In cases like this, Betfred reserves the right to void your bonus funds and any accumulated winnings at Betfred management's discretion and may result in exclusion from all future bonuses and promotions.
11. Only deposits to casino, not chips transfers, count towards participation in promotions and bonuses. Failure to comply with this rule will result in bonus funds and winnings voided.

13. Wagering requirements will be detailed in each promotions terms and conditions. You will not be permitted to withdraw bonus funds or any winnings accrued from the bonus funds until wagering requirements have been completed.
14. The withdrawal or transfer of and funds out of your account before the completion of wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and winnings being voided and removed from your account.
15. Bonus winnings will only be considered redeemed and available for withdrawal upon completing any associated wagering requirements or when your balance reaches zero. If you make a further deposit before satisfying any of these two conditions, you will top up your bonus funds and will still be required to complete the initial wagering requirements.

17. In all cases deposited funds will be lost before bonus funds.
18. Bonuses are only available one per person, per household address , computer, email address, credit card number or alternative payment method.
19. You must comply with all of the House Rules.
20. We reserve the right to prevent players from receiving future bonus if we feel that they are trying to abuse our bonus system in any way at our sole discretion and based on our own interpretation of the facts.
21. The use of automated “bot” programmes to play games is strictly forbidden at Betfred Casino. Betfred management reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings on accounts where it suspects a “bot” may have been used to wager.
22. Players from any of the following countries will not be eligible for any bonus offers: Bulgaria, China, Estonia, France, Israel, Japan, Netherland Antilles, Philippines, Thailand, India and USA.
23. On an individual case by case basis Betfred management may allow players from the above mentioned countries to receive bonuses with standard terms and conditions.
24. Betfred management reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
25. The decision of Betfred management is final and binding in all cases.
